Mikhail Youzhny could struggle against Juan Monaco today
Mikhail Youzhny has not lived up to his ranking in recent efforts and the Russian appears to be on the decline. Will he be a first round high seeded casualty?
Mikhail Youzhny is having a terrible season and the Russian, who was a top 10 player last year, is now in danger of slipping out of the top 20 in the world, after an horrendous run of form, which included a third round exit in the French Open. He is the 18th seed at Wimbledon but faces a tough first round match against Agentine Juan Monaco on Court 4 on Tuesday afternoon.
Monaco, who is the world number 43, is predominantly a clay court player and he doesn't enjoy playing on grass. Such is Youzhny's form, however, that the 27-year-old will fancy his chances at Wimbledon this afternoon and he can be backed at 5/2, with

Youzhny is 1/3 favourite but the Russian is unbackable at the moment and the fact that he lost his last meeting with Monaco, in Hamburg in 2009, when he was playing far better tennis, only makes a bet on his opponent look even better.
