Germany’s Tommy Haas has really rolled back the year’s over the past few weeks. The veteran produced some of the best Tennis of his career to defeat Djokovic in the ATP Halle final, and the 31-year old has so far been highly impressive in his first four Wimbledon matches.
Haas’s defeat of Djokovic could give him a real psychological advantage in this match, particularly as the Serbian has shown in the past that mentally he can be extremely weak at times. The youngster has a mass of expectation on his shoulders, and it is definitely a hindrance to him. Haas will look to use all of his career experience in this match to try to oust the World No.4, and a similar game plan to the one employed in the Halle final looks likely - a final in which Haad actually seemed fairly comfortable.
